We offer over 80 floor plans in popular Ranch, Cape Cod/Chalet, Two-Story, and Duplex models. Sizes range from 1000 to over 3000 square feet. 4 Section ranches and capes are also available. All plans offer customizations, and we will assist you in choosing a plan that meets your needs and your budget. Once a plan has been chosen we will help you decide on styles, colors and options.
